Dear Sir/Madam, As part of the call for tenders organized by the United Nations System for pre-selected travel agencies in the country, we are pleased to invite you to an information and discussion meeting. Please be informed that a trial period will be implemented in advance to evaluate the quality of services provided by each selected agency. The results of this period will be taken into account in the final decision-making process.
